What Is Andragogy?
Andragogy is the study and practice of how adults learn. Unlike traditional pedagogy, which focuses on teaching children, andragogy recognizes that adults bring life experience, self-direction, and personal goals into the learning process.

Relevance – Adults want to know why learning matters and how it impacts their lives. Self-Direction – Adults thrive when they have control over their learning journey. Experience – Adults bring valuable knowledge that shapes how they connect with new ideas. Readiness – Adults learn best when education meets immediate needs in work or life.
